We really wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we appreciated Casey. If you don’t already know (you MUST know) he is an excellent employee. He takes pride in a job well done. He was challenged by our ancient galvanized system and never stopped working until he had solved whatever problem came up; and there were lots of them; rusting pipes, stripped threads, surprise pinhole leaks. He’s showed amazing patience and focus; he didn’t waste one minute in getting the job done. You are lucky to have him!

Miguel was here briefly and we were impressed with how quickly and efficiently he worked as well.

We will be calling City Rain again and requesting Casey for sure!

“City Rain installed my irrigation system in 1991. The first thing I noticed was how personable Craig was and that he was trying to give me what I needed rather than “up sell” something more elaborate. The second thing was that it worked! His care in the installation was evidenced by a long run of copper pipe from the ground up a support to a deck on the second floor. Rather than just tack it up, he wound the copper pipe to the back of the support and attached it, minimizing the visibility and giving even that element a “finished” look.
It is now 2012 and for twenty one years and many extensions and changes as the garden and deck watering needs changed, Craig and his crew have maintained the system, including winterizing and then restarting it in the spring. I could not be more pleased with his service and that of his crew and they have earned my highest praise and recommendation.”
